This new and stylish Villa includes high standard furniture with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Nestled in a quite location surrounded by rice fields, and only a 15 minutes drive to the fabulous Seminyak area famous for all its beautiful Restaurants and shopping. Only five minutes to Canggu & Echo Beach, brilliant for a sunset walk or early morning surf.

Large beautiful open plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen overlooking the swimming pool with its shallow spa end. Great place to watch the kids play. The dining table and lounge are big enough to seat 12 adults comfortably, and the perfect place to entertain. 4 stunning bedrooms each fitted with quality linen and king size beds. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have there own bathrooms and sunset terraces. Ideal for those private morning coffees or quiet sunset drinks. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a beautiful appointed bathroom which includes a large bath. Great for the family. All bedrooms have smart Flat Screen TVs.

Villa Lulan includes:

Two housekeepers

Ayu and Dian are dealing with daily chores in the villa from 8 a.m to 4 p.m. They will provide new towels, clean the villa and prepare the breakfast (optional except first morning). They are professionals, doing their job discreetly and seriously.

One Gardener/Swimming pool expert

Wayan works discreetly in order to maintain the beautiful garden (part-time). A swimming pool expert will pass by the villa 2/3 times a week, around 9 a.m.

Low Season     $US 275 per night
High Season    $US 350 per night

*The rate is inclusive with tax

High season from 1st July until 31st August and 15th December until 15th January
