Villa Babakan 612 is a new 4-bedroom private villa in a peaceful pocket of Canggu (Babakan), designed for families and groups who want space, comfort and easy access to the Canggu lifestyle without staying in the busiest beachside streets.
Built around a 12-metre private swimming pool and tropical garden, the villa offers the relaxed indoor-outdoor living that makes Bali so special. Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and private safe, while the spacious 60 sqm living and dining area opens directly onto the pool and garden.
Guests can enjoy natural airflow through the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, or close the living space and use air conditioning for total comfort. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, housekeeping 6 days a week, and a separate TV room with PlayStation 5 – ideal for children, teenagers, sports fans or relaxed movie nights.
The location is one of the villa’s key strengths, sitting in a quieter part of Canggu. From the villa, Bali Padel Academy is a short walk, Bali Social Club around 5 min by scooter, Echo Beach 12 min, and the road west connects easily to Tanah Lot and Ubud without navigating the beachside congestion. Local shops, bars and restaurants are a stride away.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire villa, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, garden and swimming pool. Staff and service areas may be accessed by the villa team only for housekeeping, maintenance and guest support.
Guest Support
Villa staff available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 6 days a week for housekeeping and basic guest assistance. On arrival, a member of the management team will welcome guests, explain the villa, answer practical questions and remain available during the stay if support is needed. Regular pool and garden maintenance is provided.
Rates – June, July & August 2026
Daily: IDR 4,000,000 / night
Weekly: IDR 24,000,000 / week
Monthly: IDR 80,000,000 / month

I had a fantastic 3 weeks in August 2025 in Villa Babakan with a group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers.
The house is modern and everything feels new and clean. The main living / dining opening top the pool was very comfortable and very Bali. The kids enjoyed (a bit too much) the TV room and the PS5. We easily went to the beach using the scooters we rented nearby, and would walk to the amazing Bali Padel Academy almost everyday in the middle of the rice fields. A special thanks to Dewi who took great care of us and the house, always willing to help.
I had an amazing stay at this villa in Bali for three months. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every day.

I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a long, relaxing stay in Bali. And a small personal request to future guests — please take care of the little ginger cat that hangs around the villa. It became an inseparable part of my experience and brought a lot of joy to my stay.
