1. Respect. Please do respect this place as if it were yours, or yet better like you would like other to treat your house if you were to rent it.
2. Our staff is here to facilitate your stay, making it the most enjoyable possible. Please treat them with care and respect. Should any complain arise about our staff please immediately contact the villa manager.
3. Smoking is tolerated in open living areas. It is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets…etc.
4. Party – You are in a residential area, please be considerate of your neighbors. In any case loud music cannot occur after 22h30. In case of a special gathering, please inform staff as well as villa manager at least 24h in advance so local authorities as well as neighbors can be advised (charge may occur).
5. Water is precious, please use with consideration. Do note that water from the tap is not drinkable.
6. Laundry service is provided for all linen and towels, please try and “be green” so you do not put to wash after one use. If you need towels to be washed, simply place them in the washing baskets provided, otherwise please hang on the towel rail.
7. Personal laundry will be brought to a professional laundry for cleaning and ironing. Please allow at least 24h for this service. The bill will be presented to you together with your returning clothes.
8. Slippery – Floors are slippery when wet, please be extra careful.
9. Pool – Do not run around the pool as floors may be slippery. Diving is strictly prohibited and the villa and its management decline any responsibility in case of injury.
10. Safety – please do not leave any valuable outside, use safety box provided and lock bedrooms when away. The villa and the management decline any responsibility in case of loss or damage.
