It is a private piece of land that offers all the comfort you may need. You have an access to whole property without any restriction.

This villa complex belongs to My Villa Management company. Our office is close to the property. Hence, our staff will be here and make you feel at home.

The neighborhood

Quiet and close to everything. Nestled in the valley of Umalas, just 5mn from central Seminyak and 5mn to Canggu this villa complex offers charm, space and tranquility. There are restaurants and mini markets at walking distance. Bonus: unbelievable rice fields views and quite a unique style.

Other things to note

We organize any special requests as car or motorbike rentals, extra activities such as fishing trips, diving, water rafting, cooking classes, temple visits, island tours and many others. Taxi comes within 5 mn.
It’s a gorgeous property very close to everything and very quiet. Our chef will be happy to organize all the catering with a yummy healthy menu based on your preferences (optional).

Low Season     Rp. 12,000,000 per night
High Season   Rp. 13,600,000 per night

*The rate is inclusive with tax

High season from 1st July until 31st August and 15th December until 15th January
