LA RESIDENCE ANAM 2

consists of two Master suites of 50 sq. meters of floor space each, featuring a large bathroom owning both bathtubs and Italian showers, double sinks as well as private terraces with large lounging day beds and seating area ensuring each and everyone’s intimacy and comfort. The two 30 sq. meters standard suites include a large private bathroom with an Italian shower and double sinks and a private terrace with large lounging day beds and seating area. The King size mattresses in these rooms can be separated into two single beds. Our housekeepers will prepare your daily breakfast and upon request book a private Chef to cook a mouth-watering menu in our fully equipped kitchen and have it served in style by our English speaking staff that will tend to your every wish. Our lounge and dining area face the tropical garden and swimming pool and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Purchases of all groceries and beverages are taken care of by the staff and the supermarket invoices will be presented to you. Kindly provide the money in advance and take note that an extra 20% handling fee will be added. Pool attendant and gardener will visit the Villas daily. Security service from 6.00pm to 6.00am.

WHAT TO DO

Cool cafés, vegan hideaways and a great selection of fabulous food options aim to elevate your taste bud experiences to unexpected heights. Pererenan is a favourite location for horse riding tours often as part of sunset beach rides and is the best surfing playground along the western coastline. Tanah Lot Temple lies just 20 minutes North. Echo Beach with its dark volcanic sand and casual dining restaurants attracts a laid-back surfer crowd and is ideal for long walks. Due to its strong rip, the ocean is best left to experienced surfers. If you fancy a night in town, head over to Batu Bolong Beach which in recent years has become a hotspot for the trendy millennial crowd. Don’t be fooled by its name and be sure to visit Old Mans, or enjoy watching a beautiful crowd dance the night away at The Lawn during the weekend. Deus Ex Machina is also only a few minutes away from the villas. La Brisa beach club is located only fewer minutes walk from the Villas. World famous Batu Bolong in vibrant Canggu and its smattering of independent boutiques, yoga barns and casual cafes is only 5 minutes away. Explore the scenic rice paddies of Pererenan and nearby rural villages such as Seseh by bicycle; a great way to get under the skin of the ‘real’ Bali. Stop off at a local Warung to sample some authentic Balinese taste. Bali is becoming the World Capital of beach clubbing, the world famous Finn’s, La Brisa, The Lawn, La Laguna and the brand new Café del Mar are all reachable within a 10 minutes drive. Fashionistas, trendies and shop-a-holics will find their treasures in Seminyak, Bali’s most cosmopolitan enclave. Here, you can indulge for hours in the glut of stylish, chic boutiques. There is a wide choice of fine dining, mid-range and cheap ‘n cheerful restaurants in Seminyak. Among the fine dining venues deserving a special mention are Sarong, Kudeta, Mama San, La Lucciola, Merah Putih, Sangsaka, The Bistrot, Sardine and Métis. Play a round of Golf at Nusa Dua National Course, one of the top 3 best Golf Course in Asia, or at New Kuta Golf Course on the Bukit Peninsula, for fantastic ocean views. Drive westwards to explore the charming Tabanan regency, visit the Unesco Heritage terraced rice paddies of Jatiluwih, the volcanic mountains or head north to explore the lakes near the mountain town of Bedugul, including Lake Bratan with its photogenic and stunningly positioned temple – Pura Ulun Danu. For amazing sunset views in Pererenan and an all-around great vibe, head to The Lawn on Batu Bolong Beach, Finn’s Beach Club at Berawa Beach or try a local spot on Echo Beach.
