About Mary’s Beach Villa
The elegant Mary’s Beach villa provides all the comfort and glamour of modern tropical living while preserving a distinctive Balinese charm in an exotic atmosphere. Beautiful Ocean views of good surfing breaks which extend down to Kuta and Bukit.
Mary’s Beach Villa is perfectly situated just 100 metres from the beach on Jalan Nelayan, renowned for its world-class surf breaks in outskirt Canggu area. Only 45 minutes from Bali’s international airport while the appealing Seminyak, famous for its boutiques, International-acclaimed restaurants and nightlife is accessible within 20 minutes drive.
This 4 bedrooms villa has been designed by one of Bali’s most famous architects, Komang Suardika Jeghier of Jeghier Architect. The result is a signature of creation with a unique layout and beautiful roof design. The Architect’s freedom of expression stands out throughout the villa & surrounding grounds.

Accommodation at Mary’s Beach Villa
Living Room/Kitchen:
This expansive open plan room is the heart of the villa. It comprises of chefs kitchen at rear with chilled aqua water & ice maker, solid merbeau one piece 8 seater dining table, with overhead fans, luxurious lounge suite & large coffee table. Bifold doors open up easily to pool area to for direct access to decking, pool and entertaining area. Perfect for accommodating large gatherings and parties, or can be closed up to be in air conditioned comfort with feature stone wall mounted 55” UHD smart TV.
Top Level Pavillion
Under its own unique roof, this is the ultimate chill out zone. Indulge yourself with your favorite drink, relax with a good book or have the staff arrange for breakfast, the view overlooking the ocean & garden is outstanding. If you are keen on surfing this is the perfect vantage point to check out the waves.
Garden
Over 700m2 of manicured landscaped gardens with exotic tropical plants & flowers. Lime, Mango, Bananas, Green & yellow Coconut and Sawo fruit trees are flourishing & free to guests when in season. Garden/ perimeter soft lighting controlled by staff. Large pool with 6 sun lounges & separate poolside bale. There’s also a 6 piece outdoor setting on the decking for those poolside sessions.
1st Bedroom (Master Bedroom)
This luxurious air-conditioned master bedroom is located on the second level overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool with option of full block out curtains for privacy. It features a warm timber floor, furnished with king-sized bed & entertainment unit standing a Smart TV. There is also a dressing vanity area with large wardrobe and wall mirrors. Bedroom also is fitted with ceiling fan and safety deposit box. The en-suite timber floored bathroom is also furnished with air-conditioning, large bathtub and walk-in shower, polished marble walls & european tapware. Private balcony with table & chairs for those romantic sunsets.
2nd Bedroom (Kid’s Bedroom)
This large 2nd bedroom can be occupied as kid’s bedroom and can sleep up to 4. It’s located on the second floor between master and guest bedroom. It is complete with 2 king single beds with 2 more pull out single beds beneath. This room can be used for either 2 adults & 2 children or 4 children which the staff can easily arrange. Bedroom also is fitted with a Smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safety deposit box, polished marble flooring, large wardrobe, dressing area, huge en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, polished floor to ceiling marble & european tapware.
3rd Bedroom (Guest Bedroom)
This modern chic 3rd bedroom or guest bedroom on the second floor is furnished with queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, marble floor, LED Smart TV, safe deposit box, large wardrobe and dressing area. Bedroom also is fitted with ceiling fan, and safety deposit box. This bedroom has beautiful views over the pool and garden with option of full block out curtains for privacy. The en-suite bathroom features walk-in shower, polished floor to ceiling marble, european tapware.
4th Bedroom (Guest Master Bedroom)
The 4th bedroom or master guest bedroom is located on the ground level overlooking the swimming pool and garden with option of full block out curtains for privacy. This luxuriously appointed room features a warm timber floor, air conditioning, furnished with King-sized bed, lowline entertainment unit and a Smart TV. There is also a dressing vanity area with large wardrobe and wall mirror. Bedroom also is fitted with ceiling fan, and safety deposit box. The en-suite bathroom is also furnished with air-conditioning, large bathtub and walk-in shower, floor to ceiling polished marble & european tapware. This bathroom also features a private outdoor shower.
In-villa services
Two housekeepers
Nengah and Yulia are dealing with daily chores in the villa from 8 a.m to 4 p.m. They will provide new towels, clean the villa and prepare the breakfast with additional charge. They are professionals, doing their job discreetly and seriously.
One Gardener/Swimming pool expert
Gede works discreetly in order to maintain the beautiful garden. A swimming pool expert will pass by the villa 2/3 times a week, around 9 a.m.
Security Guards
Wayan and Agus are professionals hired from the local Canggu village to ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises. They will take shifts, starting from 5 p.m and watch the villa until 8 a.m.
The Location
Mary’s Beach Villa is located just 100m from the water on Jalan Nelayan, just south of Echo Beach break in Canggu Village. Nestled in between Canggu surfing beach with its stunning sunsets, Mary’s Beach Villa is accessible within 45 minutes drive from Bali’s International Airport.
This area is now world renowned for its relaxed and hip vibe with a multitude of Restaurants, cafes, boutiques, fitness & yoga & wellness retreats.
Be it either, Billy Ho, Old Mans, La Brisa, Deus restaurant, Mr. Spoon French bakery, Fat Mermaid, Finns or Atlas Beach Club, or many other venues enabling you to surely find something to your taste at walking distance from your villa.
If golf is your thing, Handara Golf and Resort is 1 hr 40 minutes away where you can play the Famous Peter Thomson layout, while the trendy Seminyak, with its wide famous Kudeta, La Lucciola, Warisan, Metis, Sardine and Sarong, and the Potato Head is only a 30 minutes drive away.

High season: $US 495 per night
4 Bedroom Rates
Low season: $US 550 per night
High season: $US 650 per night
Last minute 2br deal. Choice of two master bedrooms or 1 x master and 1 x kids room with 4 single beds . Ideal for 2 couples or a couple and up to 4 young kids. Min 3 nights at USD 275 per night inclusive of tax.

A Tranquil Retreat……
We stayed at the Mary’s beach Villa for my 40th birthday with friends. The photo’s don’t do the villa justice for it’s even more elegant than it appears…It’s like a resort of your own, with a beautiful pool surrounded by luscious tropical gardens. The 3rd level of the Villa is an open sitting area under the main roof, where early morning I would look into the distance to see the mountain & peaceful serene surroundings..
Location is spectacular, less than a 5 min walk to surf beaches and to be amongst the tastiest healthy cafes as well as Finns Beach Club within walking distance. If you’re looking for a haven of relaxation this is the perfect place. We will be back again. Emma, Aaron & friends.

Marys Beach Villa is the perfect place to stay in Bali.
The location in Canggu was private, so close to the beach for morning walk, surf and sunset.
The lush Balinese garden made it very easy to relax, not to mention the 16m pool. The villa is divine with beautiful rooms views and friendly staff.
If you are looking for the perfect getaway, this is the place.

Marys Beach villa was amazing!
The villa was only 2 min walk from Canggu beach. The villa was close enough to walk to gorgeous little cafes that were vegan & clean eating (so happy!!).
The villa itself was gorgeous & spacious. Each room air conditioned, beautifully decorated and with its bath. The villa had so many beautiful places to relax in. The top level with views of the ocean ot downstairs by the gorgeous pool. Take your pick of the day bed or sun lounges. It felt like we were staying in a resort but had it all to ourself. The villa was equipped with gorgeous living areas, kitchen and dining areas that you could cook up a feast if your heart so desired.
I loved my stay, we really didnt need to leave to go anywhere. We had everything in ourfingertips even food delivered to our door. The staff were amazing & more than happy to assist with anything we needed. The grounds were meticulously at all times, stunning plants & lush that kids can run around on (if they joined you).
I cannot recommend this villa enough! I cant wait to return to the peaceful calm Canggu & stay at Marys Beach Villa again!

This property is stunning, from the moment you walk into the villa, beautiful architecture, high class stylish finishes but still comfortable and homely. The villa is surrounded by tropical lush garden and sounds of the ocean close by with views to the ocean.

I loved every moment of my stay at Mary’s Beach Villa in Canggu.
We arrived to a warm and friendly welcome from the staff and were taken back instantly by the immaculate presentation of the villa and attention to detail (welcome drinks, rose petals in the bath!). The well appointed rooms offer a sense of luxury, space, privacy and an incredible night’s sleep 😉
The Villa is nestled in a quiet street and boasts a sophisticated blend of traditional and contemporary design and an elevation which invites you to admire amazing views from each floor. I highly recommend gazing over the sparkling pool, lush tropical gardens and ocean waves from the rooftop lounge!
If you enjoy early morning walks you will love its close proximity to the beach, or step in the opposite direction and you may find yourself relaxing in a bean bag, enjoying a divine breakfast overlooking local rice paddies.
Other highlights included a day trip to the sights and surrounds of Ubud, shopping in the boutiques of Seminyak, dinner at Finns Beach Club and a poolside manicure and massage. I am grateful to staff for effortlessly coordinating any requests for housekeeping, food and beverages, transport and sightseeing. Our stay flowed smoothly from one day to the next with very little planning.
Canggu offers a peaceful escape away from the usual busy streets of neighbouring districts but Mary’s Beach Villa and gardens has a beautiful energy that I already look forward to revisiting.

We arrive at night time, only to wake up to an absolute magical garden every day!
